Jack Cooper Transport Hires Veteran Transportation Executive Michael Testman for CFO Spot

Joins team for new expansion chapter

May 10, 2010. Kansas City, Missouri. Jack Cooper Transport Company, Inc., the second largest auto transport carrier in the nation, is happy to announce that Michael Testman, a veteran transportation financial executive, has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

Testman comes to Jack Cooper with over 20 years of senior management experience in the truck transportation industry, including 17 years as a CFO and 6 years in operations. Michael served as CEO for JHT Holdings, a North American truck transporter based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin for the last 18 months and also served on their Board of Directors. Testman was also President of ATC Leasing, a JHT subsidiary for the prior three years. In addition, Michael Testman is a former director of Mexicana Logistics, a Mexican truck transporter based out of Mexicali, Mexico.

According to Michael Riggs, Chairman of Jack Cooper Transport, who has worked with Michael Testman in his prior companies, JHT Holdings, Hook Up and Able Body Corporations, "Mike is an outstanding individual and manager with a strong work ethic, business and financial acumen." Testman graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a degree in Accounting. Mike grew up just north of Kansas City in Nevada, Missouri where he met his wife, Michelle. They have 3 children, a son and two daughters.
